Il Dono del Cervo

A track from the album Alla fiera dell’est (1976), characterized by the typical medieval-inspired style of the Lombard singer-songwriter. The arrangement is built around three plucked instruments, distributed across the stereo field to create a rich and dynamic accompaniment. The introduction and chorus are enhanced by the distinctive timbre of the calliope, which in the choruses blends with the accordion, adding depth and color. Supporting it all is an ostinato percussive groove that runs consistently throughout the piece.
