It can happen that the preview of the Backing Track is not synchronized or be of maximum quality: Try to click with the mouse anywhere on the preview in order to move the cursor of the player. If the problem continues, try to use another browser.
In any case, the Custom Backing Track that will be generated and downloaded will be perfectly synchronized and have a high quality (256 kbps).
What is the quality of the Multi Track file?
