Xynthia2 Operating System
Xynthia2 has been created from the feedback we received from the thousands of people who use Merish5 every night on stage. We collected all the requests and analysed them to check their feasibility and expand the functions of Merish5. In addition, we updated the Sounds table with hundreds of new timbres and drum set ups. We improved and expanded the Patches for use with the Master Keyboard, and made many Merish5 functions easier.
MTA on Merish5 as well
We have added an important function in order to play MTA8 files (8-track audio multitrack) also on Merish5 [base]. Thus, even those who have purchased Merish5 can access the MTA file archive, with a limit on the number of tracks, which changes from 16 to 8 Stereo. Obviously the Backing Tracks remains unchanged, but the tracks are grouped by type: Brums, Bass, Guitar, Keyboard, Orchestra, Winds, Melody, Click.
To use this feature, update the Live Manager to version 3.1.0 for Windows or Mac
New searching modes
Among the most important changes we have reviewed the settings for the database and the song search functions within the archive. We know that up to tens of thousands of Backing Tracks are stored on Merish, sometimes without a particularly ordered criteria. Therefore, we have speeded up and improved the search capabilities in the complete archive by adding an important filter function and alphabetical search. It is also possible to search on external HDs.
Edit and Synch text and chords
The Edit part of Text and Chords has been significantly improved, adding keyboard recognition for quick chord writing. The writing and synchronizing part has been redesigned to make writing and synchronizing easier.
Over 100 new sounds + 3 new drum set ups.
In addition, we have improved Marker management, Masterkeyboard, lyric page switching with foot pedal.
